You are not alone.

St. Michel is a non-profit foundation dedicated to supporting children and young adults (ages 12 to 28) who are struggling with self-harm, self-mutilation, or suicidal thoughts.

We provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can talk openly, be truly heard, and start to feel understood. This is a place built for you—where we respect your pace, speak your language, and support your healing, one step at a time.

Whether you’ve just started to struggle or have been seeking help for a while, we are here to listen and walk this path with you.
You are not alone—and you never have to be again.

The St. Michel Foundation was created because we saw how outdated and impersonal mental health services had become—especially for young people. Too often, these services are shaped by bureaucracy or big pharmaceutical interests, rather than focusing on what young people truly need: connection, compassion, and understanding.

That’s why we built this platform—not to lecture, but to listen. We’re not here to replace professional care, but to help you take the steps to get there—in your own time and at your own pace.

We also know that your parents or caregivers are part of your journey. That’s why we offer tools and guidance to help them better understand and support you.

We can us your help

As a non-profit, St. Michel relies on donations to grow and continue our work. Your contribution helps us develop our mobile app, improve our services, and reach even more young people who need someone in their corner. Every single donation—big or small—makes a real difference. Thank you for helping us keep going, and for showing young people that someone truly cares.
